Baxi PRIME condensing boiler

The Baxi Prime condensing boiler was designed with the principle of facilitating the replacement of old conventional boilers without excessive work, giving very high performance while offering maximum comfort, respecting the requirements of the Ecodesign and Labeling Directives. Ideal for interiors as it has ultra-compact dimensions and takes up minimal space, it matches any decor. Having the same center distances as the hydraulic connections of the conventional BAXI boilers to be replaced and the installation is extremely facilitated, and also the front access to the electrical connection allows to speed up connection times.

Furthermore, it also offers a simple connection to collective flues having an integrated smoke non-return valve (clapet valve), respecting the new regulation 7129-3:2015 which gives the possibility of connecting to a collective flue in positive pressure only appliances declared suitable by the manufacturer for this application and equipped with a non-return device (clapet), designed to prevent combustion products from flowing through connected and momentarily turned off appliances.
