What are the delivery times for orders placed on Climaconvenienza.it?

Delivery times vary based on product availability and shipping destination. Typically, deliveries are made via express courier and take 2 to 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Exclusively in Rome and Milan we offer a 4-hour delivery service.

What should I do on the day of delivery?

Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the closing tapes.

Can I return a purchased product?

Of course, Climaconvenienza.it allows up to 30 days from delivery to be able to return an item without penalty and without providing any explanation. The products must be returned in perfect condition, including all their components and in the original packaging. To make a return, contact our customer service by email at: ufficio@climaconvenienza.it specifying the order code and the name of the item to be returned.

All products sold on Caldaiemurali.it are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions not caused by improper use or accidental damage.

In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by placing the words "RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING" on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or other operator who delivered the goods. In any case, the Customer must promptly communicate any tampering or breakage of the packaging by email postvendita@climaconvenienza.it

If you have subscribed to the Kasko Insurance service for €3.90 you have up to 10 days from delivery to report the damaged product to our email.
