APPLICATIONS

Water lifting groups particularly suitable for domestic use, small systems for civil, agricultural or industrial use. The electric pumps used, EUROINOX multistage centrifugal pumps, have the characteristic of functioning even with the presence of air, gas or small quantities of sand in the water. They are indispensable when drawing from an artesian well and when there are suction difficulties. They stand out for their absolute reliability, simplicity of operation and no need for maintenance. The groups are supplied as standard with tanks and an air supply connection.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
HYDRAULIC PART 2 EUROINOX multistage centrifugal electric pumps. Base in tropicalized galvanized sheet metal complete with 4 anti-vibration rubber feet. Suction and delivery manifolds, threaded in AISI 304 stainless steel. 2 membrane tanks. Ball valves with suction and delivery unions of each individual pump. Check valve in the intake of each pump. 1 1/4” connections for suction air supply for each pump. 2 STAINLESS STEEL female caps for closing manifolds. 1 pressure transmitter on the delivery manifold (pressure detection).
ELECTRICAL PART Supplied in a self-extinguishing thermoplastic material box, with an IP55 protection rating, the panel protects the electric pumps from anomalous conditions such as: overloads and overtemperature with automatic reset, short circuits with fuses (Plus model only), pump overcurrents (amperometric protection) , abnormal voltages, dry running, rapid starts, failure of the pressure sensor or inconsistency of external protection commands. COMPONENTS ON THE PANEL FRONT: General disconnect switch with padlockable door block. AUT - OFF - MAN operation selection buttons. Alarm RESET buttons. Front panel display. Warning lights indicating running, locking and alarms. COMPONENTS INTERNAL TO THE PANEL: Electronic command and control board with protection fuses and contactors. Terminals for connecting to the power supply (single-phase or three-phase). Terminals for connection to the dry running or overpressure pressure switches (Optional). NO contacts for alarm signals. Mini dip switch for selecting functions (pressure transmitter or pressure switches, standard or additional tanks). The electrical panel is designed for the connection of: Pressure switch KIT or float for protection against dry running (*) Overpressure stop pressure switch KIT (*) (*) to be requested separately as an Optional The groups are supplied complete with sturdy packaging of cardboard with wooden paddle and installation / maintenance instructions with wiring diagram
