ECONCEPT ST/ IN ST are the products with which FERROLI intends to satisfy the new and more selective limits on energy consumption imposed by recent regulations, while still providing maximum comfort in room heating and in the supply of domestic hot water

ECONCEPT ST

The ECONCEPT ST range was designed drawing on the most advanced knowledge available today. The combustion and exchange group uses condensation technology while for the production of domestic hot water a dynamic stratification boiler has been adopted, capable of satisfying multiple users in a constant and continuous manner.
The generator is of the sealed chamber and forced draft type. Thanks to a premixed air/gas supply system and the inverted microflame ceramic burner, it falls into class 5 for NOx emissions. The efficiency of ECONCEPT ST is the maximum for its category. It is in fact certified 4 stars according to Directive 92/42 EEC relating to energy classification.

The ECONCEPT IN ST built-in model was designed to offer a solution to space problems. The compactness of the built-in
allows a wide choice of solutions for installation both inside and outside the home, in partially protected places. The built-in solution is offered in a single 25 kW size and with the same sanitary storage as the wall-mounted models.

ANTI-LEGIONELLA FUNCTION

Legionella is a typical form of water contamination caused by bacteria that are particularly harmful to health; can be knocked down
bringing the water temperature to a value above 60°C. It is for this reason that ECONCEPT ST / IN ST, at least once a week,
they heat the domestic hot water storage up to 65°C regardless of the value set with the thermostat.

SLIDING TEMPERATURE OPERATION

By installing the "external probe" kit it is possible to operate the boiler at a sliding temperature. This means that without pressing the buttons
regulation of the system temperature, the boiler will self-regulate according to variations in external temperatures. This results in a
energy saving whilst ensuring maximum user comfort.

ANTIFREEZE FUNCTION

Even in stand-by mode (provided with electricity and gas supply), i.e. in the absence of heat demand, if ECONCEPT ST / IN ST detects a
water temperature of 5°C, activates the antifreeze protection by turning on the burner at minimum power, to avoid damage due to freezing.
