THEMA Condens SB Wall-mounted combined condensing boiler for heating and domestic hot water in single-family units
The new Thema Condens presents a renewed aesthetic with modern and essential lines, flat casing to facilitate installation (dimensions and hydraulic connections unchanged compared to the previous version) and a new touch-screen user interface. The boiler was designed as the ideal solution for single-family homes when replacing traditional wall-mounted or condensing boilers that work on high-temperature or low-temperature systems. The high level of sanitary comfort is guaranteed by the exclusive Aquaspeed® technology capable of offering the user the immediate supply of hot water at the desired temperature, without prolonged waiting times and wasteful water waste.
The pre-heating of the primary circuit, and therefore also of the secondary stainless steel plate exchanger, ensures an instantaneous response of the boiler to any sudden request for domestic hot water. Thema Condens is available in three power sizes: the 25 and 30 kW versions are joined by the new 35 kW size, all powered by methane but convertible to propane via simple electronic adjustment, without the need for any conversion kit. The range is also enriched with a new solution: the SB version (heating only) of 25, 30 and 35 kW, which can be combined with any Hermann Saunier Duval kettle. The new SB boilers are also powered by methane, but can be electronically converted to commercial propane.

The innovative FlameFit® combustion technology with which the version for single-family units is equipped allows the boiler to independently adapt to different types and qualities of gas, always guaranteeing optimized and completely safe operation. In fact, the flame control electrode detects the changing characteristics of the gas and automatically adjusts the parameters to ensure perfectly efficient combustion, adapting the operation of the boiler to the actual needs of the user. This therefore leads to high performance with a reduced quantity of gas, saving energy and consequently limiting consumption and polluting emissions. FlameFit® technology makes Thema Condens ready for immediate operation with any type of future gas, without the need for any conversion kit.
Touch screen user interface
The interface of the new Thema Condens features a modern digital touch display and has been developed to facilitate the user's management of the boiler. The symbols of the various keys allow a quick understanding of the functions of the appliance and the ways of setting parameters according to your comfort needs.
