Description
Module for hydraulic separation like HB30, with three-circuit exchanger of 46 or 54
plates for heating and DHW production.
Operation
When the biomass thermoproduct is turned on, the temperature inside the appliance rises until the fluid inside reaches a certain threshold. Once this temperature has been reached, the thermostat installed on the thermoproduct (or the control unit probe) opens the electrical contact and simultaneously carries out the following operations:
• Starting the thermoproduct circulator (HB30/2 and HB34/2 models only) and the heating system circulator.
• Shutdown of the auxiliary source (boiler) if in operation.
Components
The module is composed of a sheet metal support for wall installation, a 46/54 three-circuit plate exchanger (30/34 dedicated to the heating circuit and 16/20 to DHW production), 2 vent valves, an electrical junction box, copper pipes, flow switch, a painted sheet metal cover, one or two circulators. Optional electronic control unit.
