Forno a combustione indiretta. La dimensione della camera di cottura è 42x80 cm, con una altezza di 40 cm che permette di cuocere su tre livelli. Fornito di piastra refrattaria certificata per usi alimentari, il forno è ideale per la cottura dí pane, pizza, arrosti e qualsiasi altro piatto. Massimo isolamento della temperatura all'interno grazie ai 14 cm di lana di roccia naturale, la temperatura desiderata viene raggiunta con estrema facilità e con il solo impiego di 3,5 kg di legna. Il mantenimento del fuoco avviene, poi, con solamente 1 kg di legna per ora. La struttura interna è in acciaio inox, l'esterno è in acciaio elettro-zincato anti-ruggine e vernice a polveri. Provvisto di sistema di ventilazione interna a 12 Volt e pratica illuminazione. Fornito con un pratico carrello per il più ampio spostamento, canna fumaria con cappello antrpioggia, due griglie, due padelloni di cottura, termometro e contaminuti.
