WHY KASKO POLICY?

We have created a new type of agreement with a well-known insurance company, which allows us to refund or completely replace any item damaged during transport.

Over the course of our experience we have increasingly committed ourselves to improving packaging techniques, to prevent the goods from suffering transport damage. Despite everything, we realized that to make this happen, it was not enough to secure the goods but we had to intervene directly in the careful and accurate handling of the products by the couriers.

With the KASKO policy we have put this idea into practice. In fact, our parcels enjoy special attention from professionals:

  • The courier is aware that he is dealing with fragile goods;
  • The courier is aware that he is dealing with insured goods;
  • Your products are not overlapped by other merchandise.

As a result we have drastically reduced the inconveniences. In addition to being insured, the goods travel in preferential lanes.

In short, your products will be treated with velvet gloves.

WHEN DOES IT COME INTO PLAY

This new KASKO policy applies to all products on our site. It can be used if the product arrives damaged or even after opening the package when the courier has already left.

HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE KASKO POLICY

Once the product has arrived and is damaged, all you need to do is:

1) Take a photograph of the damage;

2) Specify the codes of the products arrived in the email;

3) Send everything to the following e-mail: assistance@caldaiemurali.it

AFTER RECEIVING PHOTOS AND CODES OF THE MACHINES, WE WILL CARRY OUT A QUICK CHECK WITH THE INSURANCE. Once we have verified suitability, we will quickly ship the new item or refund the entire amount.

NB: THE REPORT MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN THE 10 DAYS SPECIFIED AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.
