Riello presents the Nuova Family

New stainless steel exchanger

Riello has always designed its products with care and dedication. Continuous improvement today leads to the evolution of the Family condensing range, starting from its primary element: the exchanger. The new Family exchanger is made of stainless steel, with a smooth high-section tube to guarantee the best efficiency and cleanliness over time. Access remains frontal, to facilitate maintenance operations.

Emissions always under control

The new Family is equipped with an intelligent ACC combustion control system, which guarantees that the process always takes place optimally in any condition, thanks to the modulating gas valve and the ionization electrode. Thanks to ACC, Family is able to automatically adapt to the fuel (methane or LPG) without resorting to specific codes or accessory conversion kits. Family also reacts to changes in the fuel content and pressure drops on the flue gas side. The ACC system detects the excess air value and intervenes by modulating the air/gas mixture to always keep it within the optimal parameters.

The ACC system also simplifies installation. During the ignition phase, it does not require calibration and it is sufficient to select the type of fuel gas used by the boiler via the interface, if different from the default one (methane). Since the system keeps the value of the CO2 produced constant, even the smoke control during the ignition phase is no longer necessary for the correct functioning of the product. Controlling combustion also means guaranteeing constant emissions, always well below the limits imposed by the law. In fact, if the process occurs optimally, the gases produced will also have the best theoretical composition compared to other conditions.

Control panel and functions

Even clearer, more intuitive and easier to use, it integrates elegantly into the aesthetics of the machine. The large backlit display, the raised buttons and the interface enriched with explanatory texts and icons help the user and installer in navigation. Through the panel it is possible to view the operating status, carry out programming and access boiler and system regulation.

The Family display is equipped with the new "Color Bar" which informs the user at a glance about the operating status of the boiler. In the event of anomalies, it is possible to immediately understand whether a problem is critical and whether to request technical assistance.

GREEN Regular operation. The system is satisfying domestic water/heating requests or performing other automatic operations. A scrolling text at the bottom describes the function active at that moment.

RED Presence of blocking anomalies that require intervention by Technical Assistance. An error triangle on the display gives access to the detail of the anomaly.

YELLOW Presence of anomalies potentially solvable by the user which allow even partial operation of the product. An error triangle on the display gives access to the detail of the anomaly.

GRAY The system is ready to serve any requests. No operations in progress and anomaly detected.

RiCloud - Comfort at your fingertips

The RiCLOUD intelligent remote control allows you to manage the comfort of your home in a simple and intuitive way, even when away from home. Through the dedicated app it is possible to control the status of the heating system, but also program the boiler's switching on, off, temperature and operating times directly from your smartphone or tablet. It is possible to manage up to 8 different zones, each controlled by its own RiCLOUD. RiCLOUD can also be installed in total wireless mode via a radio frequency receiver, available as an accessory, thus avoiding any electrical and building work.
