MELCloud is the new generation of Cloud-based controls for air conditioning and heating products from the ECODAN line by Mitsubishi Electric. MELCloud provides users with easy control of their devices whether they are away from home or simply relaxing on the couch.
Accessing and controlling your Mitsubishi Electric products has never been easy and, from today, it can be done across a wide range of PCs, Tablets and SmartPhones.
MELCloud provides a real time controller and a weekly timer, ensuring complete flexibility of managing different air conditioning and heating systems from a single device to a single location.
It is also possible to receive error reporting and recording, both locally and remotely, if the systems are connected to MELCloud.
The MELCloud application also provides information such as local weather and details regarding customer support technology.
To connect your air conditioner or your Mitsubishi Electric heat pump to the MELCloud system, simply connect a dedicated interface to the internal unit.
The Wi-Fi interface connects to your local router via a wireless connection. It is recommended that the interface is installed by qualified personnel.
