Family Externa Condens is an outdoor wall-mounted boiler that can be installed completely in the open air. The new primary heat exchanger completely made of aluminum with front accessibility to the combustion chamber guarantees better efficiency and durability. It is available with powers from 3.2 to 30 kW.

The FAMILY Remote Control kit (remote control panel) is the tool that allows you to manage the boiler remotely. The panel controls the temperatures of the boiler, storage tank and room, controls and supervises the operating regimes, the activation times and reports any anomalies.

The remote control panel can be configured as:

Chronothermostat (factory confi guration): it will work according to the standard heating program or according to the customized one. In this confi guration the control panel tries to maintain the environment at two temperature levels (comfort and reduced), switching from one to the other at times established by the user.
Thermostat: heating is activated when the temperature detected by the room probe (contained in the control panel) is lower than that set regardless of the stored heating program.
