The new range of Condensy Plus 24-33 boilers is made up of 2 models with instant domestic hot water production. It was designed above all to be used in case of replacement with an old generation boiler. Everyone is aware of the advantages of condensation technology, i.e. high combustion efficiency and consequently energy savings and above all very low polluting emissions.

1:7 Very high modulation

Greater efficiency given by a reduced number of switching on and off, the high modulation ratio in fact allows a significant reduction in consumption of up to 10% and consequently an equal reduction in polluting emissions. The adjustment of the thermal power with respect to the dissipated power also prevents the generation of excessive overheating/cooling of the rooms.
GAC system

Condensy boilers are equipped with an innovative electronic management system which, thanks to the new electronics and the new electronic gas valve, guarantees automatic combustion control to maximize consumption containment during all operating periods. The advantages are:

• No manual intervention
• Reduced measurements, calibrations or nozzle changes
• Self-adaptation to the quality of the gas and the length of the flue gas exhaust pipes to keep the efficiency constant
• The boiler regulates itself to reduce gas consumption and pollution thanks to the constant control of emissions

Digital control panel

In the new Condensy Plus, there is a digital control panel with a backlit LCD display, very intuitive and simple to use thanks to the symbols silk-screened on the keys. The display shows all the information and settings of the operating parameters clearly and directly.
2-speed modulating pump with de-aeration

The Condensy Plus circulation pump can operate at maximum, minimum speed or "automatic": in the latter case, the speed (min./max) will be determined by the electronics which will have the task of keeping it constant at 20 °C the delivery/return ΔT in heating, ensuring a significant reduction in pump consumption and also in its maintenance costs, due to the lower mechanical stress of a "normal pump" which always operates at maximum speed. When you turn on the boiler for the first time, you can use the semi-automatic de-aeration function: by pressing the 2 buttons for a few seconds, the function which allows the elimination of the air present in the heating circuit is activated. This avoids any blockages of the boiler, overheating of the system and mechanical failures. The electronic board will activate an on/off cycle of the pump lasting 10 minutes. The function will automatically stop at the end of the cycle.
