RESIDENCE, HEART OF STEEL

The new RESIDENCE exchanger is made of stainless steel, with a smooth high-section tube to guarantee the best efficiency and cleanliness over time. NEW PRIMARY STAINLESS STEEL EXCHANGER The single coil geometry (series hydraulic circuit) guarantees constant flow in all sections of the exchanger and intrinsically prevents clogging phenomena. The front access facilitates periodic maintenance and cleaning of the combustion chamber.

SELF-ADAPTIVE ELECTRONIC COMBUSTION CONTROL

The new Residence is equipped with an intelligent ACC combustion control system, which guarantees that the process always takes place optimally in any condition, thanks to the modulating gas valve and the ionization electrode. Thanks to ACC, Residence is able to automatically adapt to the fuel (methane or LPG) without resorting to specific codes or accessory conversion kits. Residence also reacts to changes in the fuel content and pressure drops on the flue gas side. The ACC system detects the excess air value and intervenes by modulating the mixture. The ACC system also simplifies installation. During the ignition phase it does not require calibration and it is sufficient to select the type of fuel gas used by the boiler via the interface, if different from the default one (methane). Since the system keeps the value of the CO2 produced constant, even the smoke control during the ignition phase is no longer necessary for the correct functioning of the product. Controlling combustion also means guaranteeing constant emissions, always well below the limits imposed by the law. In fact, if the process occurs optimally, the gases produced will also have the best theoretical composition compared to other conditions.
