Facile manutenzione
Per accedere all'unità per la manutenzione, è sufficiente rimuovere il modulo del soffitto in prossimità della griglia. L'intervento può quindi essere eseguito senza la necessità di una botola di ispezione, con conseguente riduzione dei costi di costruzione.
La griglia di ingresso dell'aria può essere installata con apertura in varie direzioni, facilitando in tal modo la manutenzione.
