DESCRIPTION OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Through its effective and constant action, the magnetic filter collects all the impurities present in the system, preventing their circulation within it, thus avoiding wear and damage to the rest of the system components, in particular circulators and heat exchangers. heat. Mag-net exerts a continuous protection action on the boiler
USE
It is recommended to install Mag-net on the return circuit, at the boiler inlet, to protect it from all impurities present in the system, especially in the start-up phase. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it finds application under the boiler in domestic systems, where the installation spaces are very limited and therefore a traditional dirt separator would not find a place.
FILTRATION DEGREE
Mag-net removes magnetic and non-magnetic particles that can cause damage to the installation during the first day of operation. The continuous passage of the fluid through the filter during the normal operation of the system in which it is installed gradually leads to the complete removal of the dirt.
FILTRATION PRINCIPLE:
Through a forced path the fluid is forced to pass through the meshes of the filter cartridge (800 µm) and enter the filtration chamber.
In this filtration chamber through the simultaneous action of:
- filter cartridge (direct mechanical filtration)
- magnet

First of all, the sudden change in section (the filtration chamber has a larger diameter than the duct) slows down the motion of the fluid and consequently the speed of entrainment of the particles suspended in it.

In this way, all magnetic (ferrous residues) and non-magnetic (algae, mud, sand, etc.) contaminants present in the system are retained in the filtration chamber. The standard stainless steel cartridge has been designed not to exert excessive resistance to the passage of the fluid (low pressure drops) and acts through direct mechanical filtration without compromising the functioning of the heating/cooling system.
