Gestisce funzioni di riscaldamento, raffreddamento e accetta input di stato di presenza del luogo da climatizzare. Riceve le inpostazioni direttamente dal controllo Master oppure da collegamento seriale con altre unità facenti parte di un unico gruppo di terminali con impostazione Master Save.
