Description
Module for the hydraulic separation of the heating circuit of the solid fuel generator (open or closed vessel) with other closed vessel generators, to avoid adding the powers of the two generators as required by INAIL (formerly ISPESL) regulations.
Standard 28 kW/h module with 30 plate exchanger
Operation
When the biomass thermoproduct is turned on, the temperature inside the appliance rises until the fluid inside reaches a certain threshold. Once this temperature has been reached, the thermostat installed on the thermoproduct (or the control unit probe) opens the electrical contact and simultaneously carries out the following operations:
• Starting the thermoproduct circulator (HB30 and HB40 models only) and the heating system circulator;
• Shutdown of the auxiliary source (boiler) if in operation.

The module is composed of a sheet metal support for wall installation, a 30 or 40 plate exchanger, 2 vent valves, an electrical junction box, DN 20 mm copper pipes, a painted sheet metal cover, one or 2 circulators. Optional electronic control unit.
