From a small artisan company founded in 1954, in 50 years it has become one of the leading companies in the sector, offering a wide range of taps: single-lever, bathroom and construction fittings, for kitchen, bathroom and shower environments.
The production cycle involves the exclusive use of superior quality raw materials, complying with rigorous UNI-EEC standards .
Production is completely internal and full cycle, with extensive use of modern technologies. Quality controls are carried out at all stages of production and processing, from the main ones to the additional ones. For this purpose, automatic tools are also used, programmed according to precise evaluation protocols for each process. The chrome plating plant is one of the largest in the world in the tap industry.
Automatically ensures the chrome thickness standard required by international regulations.
Painting takes place internally, with both epoxy powder and liquid covering processes.
The PVD treatment system is particularly noteworthy, as it allows us to obtain finishes that are more resistant than traditional ones. The products meet the international standards of many standardization bodies and it is one of the few Italian companies in the sector to have the IAPMO approval marks valid for the USA for its products
Shower columns are the ideal solution for not giving up a design that embraces functionality and modernity : lines that highlight the finesse and versatility of a furnishing element that has now become indispensable. Reduced times and costs, hidden hydraulic elements and minimization of maintenance in the event of breakdowns are the main features of a shower column, designed to make the moment of showering a real moment during which to savor the peace of senses.
The shower column has a circular architecture , connected corners and an accentuated upper curvature which give it versatility, allowing it to be easily inserted as a furnishing complement in environments ranging from a modern to a contemporary style. It is equipped with a circular shower column base made of brass, a sliding shower support , a single jet spray hand shower in ABS with anti-limescale and a waterclean system , thanks to which it is possible to remove limescale deposits by passing your finger over the silicone nozzles. The shower head that completes the shower column has a circular geometry and is made of ABS with waterclean and spray jet technology; it can be inclined thanks to the adjustable fitting, thus giving the possibility of choosing the angle at which the jet is delivered.
Equipped with a mechanical diverter , the shower column allows you to choose whether to use the hand shower or the shower head .
Thanks to an innovative PVD treatment that combines experience with the most modern technologies, products coated in titanium or zirconium nitride are obtained, chemical elements that guarantee optimal abrasion resistance : everything is obtained through a process that respects the 'environment .
From an inflexible respect for national and international standards, the Paini company offers superior quality finished products to the market, subjected to strict controls throughout the entire production process.
Maintenance
To keep the tapware coating intact, we recommend cleaning with water, mild soap and a soft cloth.
Strongly avoid the use of detergents containing alcohol-based substances, solvents, corrosive or acidic chemical elements (such as phosphoric, formic, hydrochloric, acetic acid), abrasive sponges.
