BAXI AURIGA Monobloc Inverter Air-Water Heat Pumps

Baxi introduces Auriga , the range of monobloc inverter air-water heat pumps with single-phase and three-phase power. The range is characterized by ease and simplicity of installation . Furthermore, the increased head of the on-board circulator allows the unit to be installed in large systems, to cover greater distances from the boiler room or to install the unit directly to serve the fan coils. The range is wide and consists of 8 models from 4 to 16 kW, single-phase and three-phase versions

> Twin rotary DC inverter compressor : complete with internal thermal protection and crankcase heater, it is mounted on anti-vibration rubbers and wrapped in an insulating casing to reduce the transmission of noise and vibrations due to operation

> Water-refrigerant exchanger : with brazed plates in AISI 316 steel with external anti-condensation insulation in expanded polypropylene and antifreeze resistance to avoid the formation of ice in the exchanger

> Air-refrigerant exchanger : finned aluminum coil with hydrophilic treatment to facilitate the outflow of condensate, mechanically expanded copper tubes with internal shaping to increase heat exchange. Furthermore, the optimized circulation allows the formation of ice in the coil to be reduced during heat pump operation

> Fan : axial fan directly coupled to the high efficiency brushless DC variable speed motor. The fan is installed on aerodynamic nozzles and safety grilles

> Refrigeration circuit : made of pickled copper, includes the electronic expansion valve, drier filters, high and low pressure switches, pressure transducer, cycle reversal valves, liquid receiver and separator, refrigerant injection valve on the suction

> Hydraulic circuit : in addition to the brazed plate exchanger, the unit includes the high head circulator, the expansion vessel, the safety valve, the flow switch, the pressure gauge and the air vent valve and the Y-shaped metal mesh filter (assembly by the installer)

> Electrical panel : includes fuse protection of the main internal components; the terminal block is divided into a power section for powering the unit and a control terminal block for connecting auxiliary inputs and outputs and connecting to the control panel
