The importance of the Inverter

Inverter technology allows the modulation of the power supplied by the air conditioner in a proportional manner to the actual request for "cold" or "heat", possible by increasing or decreasing the rotation speed of the compressor. This eliminates the constant switching on and off of the engine (classic on/off air conditioning) with electricity savings of between 30 and 60% over eight hours of continuous operation

Ghost Display

The air conditioner 's display is placed under the white panel and can be read transparently when the appliance is turned on. The visual effect is of great impact, minimal and very elegant. The display can be turned off at any time so as not to generate light, for example at night

Antibacterial filters for quality air

Galvanization

Over time, any metal is subject to deterioration. For this reason, all the external units of Zephir air conditioners are treated with a double "Galvanization" process which consists in the application of one or more layers of zinc on the steel in order to guarantee complete protection of the surface

Galvanization is therefore an additional security that prolongs the life of our air conditioners and always makes them beautiful

The SENDZIMIR method (Continuous Hot Galvanization)

It is a hot galvanizing process of the sheets that make up our external units, which are thus coated with a protective layer of zinc. The metal is immersed in a ceramic tank containing molten zinc at a temperature of around 700°C to which Lead and Aluminum are usually also added, the first as a fluidizing element and the second to facilitate the adhesion of the zinc to the steel. Before passing through the zinc, the sheet metal is subjected to a degreasing treatment in order to eliminate surface impurities. Subsequently, to eliminate iron oxides, it is pickled in hydrochloric acid. Once the coating phase is finished, the metal is ready for the subsequent profiling process
