Vox Extra
Vox Extra the expression of defined, clean, eternally elegant volumes. The radiator shows a calibrated balance between linearity and soft curvatures. The design combines aesthetic value and functionality by optimizing air circulation, an expression of the heart of the Global philosophy: maximum well-being and energy saving.
- LOW TEMPERATURE Global radiators can be installed in combination with normal or condensing boilers, methane, diesel, wood or pellets, with both normal and low temperature operation or with heat pumps.
- HIGH THERMAL OUTPUT Guaranteed by tests carried out according to the EN 442 standard by the Polytechnic of Milan. The high thermal efficiency allows the installation of space-saving radiators and efficient use even in low-temperature systems.
- ENERGY SAVINGS AND MAXIMUM COMFORT With Global radiators, temperature regulation is easy and inexpensive. In a short time, according to personal needs, the ideal temperature is obtained in every room.
- VERY LONG LASTING The material used guarantees maximum resistance as demonstrated by its use in the automotive and aerospace industries. The treatment with double anaphoresis bath painting and subsequently with epoxy-polyester powders ensures a perfect surface over time and protected from oxidation.

- CERTIFIED QUALITY ICIM certified the GLOBAL Corporate Quality System in 1994 (ISO 9001 Standard) and the Environmental Management System in 2001 (ISO 14001 Standard).
- The Vox Extra model radiators are useful for use in all hot water and steam systems up to 110° C with operating pressure up to 1600 K Pascal - 16 Bar.
- They can be installed indifferently in systems with pipes made of iron, copper or thermoplastic materials.
- When installing the radiators, the expected thermal output is obtained by observing the distances specified below: ≥ 3 cm from the wall ≥ 10 cm from the floor ≥ 10 cm from the shelf or sub-window To prevent the thermal expansion of the system from causing noise in correspondence with the heating elements we recommend the use of plasticized shelves to support the radiators (articles 4, 25, 27, or 29 of our catalogue).
- In order to protect the systems from encrustation and corrosion processes, the pH of the water must be controlled (preferably between 6.5 and 8) and a passivating inhibitor such as Cillit-Hs 23 Al or similar must be introduced in quantities equal to 1 liter every 200 liters of water circulating in the system.
- It is recommended to install automatic or manual air vent valves on each radiator.
- As a precautionary measure, avoid completely closing the radiator shut-off valves to eliminate possible overpressure. If you want to exclude one or more batteries from the circuit, automatic air vent valves must be fitted.
- For good preservation of the paintwork, the radiators must not be kept in very humid environments before and after installation. Any detachment of paint in one area of the radiator could favor the formation of aluminum oxide and cause the paint to peel off completely.
- When cleaning the radiator, the use of corrosive products is not recommended.
