Construction simplicity
As shown in the figure, the Lossnay exchanger is made up of a special treated paper structure which allows the flows to cross, exchanging thermal energy between them.
Thanks to the dividers that separate the intake channels from the exhaust ones, the incoming fresh air is never mixed with the outgoing one.
Principle of operation
The Lossnay exchanger achieves an effective total heat exchange - temperature (sensible heat) and humidity (latent heat) - using specially treated and moisture-permeable paper dividers which allow the expulsion of stale air to the outside and the introduction of fresh air inside without the slightest mixing between the two.
Comfortable air exchange regardless of heat and cold
Summer - The difference between the air introduced and the air already present inside is 1.7°C.
- The introduced air is brought to the conditions of the cooled (and dehumidified) air inside.
Winter - Recovery of 4 kg/h of humidity.
- The introduced air is brought to the conditions of the warm (and humidified) air inside.
The precise control of the treated air flow allows the sound pressure of LOSSNAY to be significantly reduced by up to 18 dB(A).
