Proxxon DS230/E scroll saw .
Cuts aluminum, wood, PC cards and plastics with standard saw blades. Controlled number of strokes.
- Orientable test (EP patent 09,783,341) offers many advantages.
- The use of the blade is improved as the head can be lowered in two stages.
- The lower head position still allows blades, shortened by 60mm.
The machine is ideal for delicate work, model building, toys and precision engineering. With electronic speed control.
Cuts soft wood up to 40 mm, hard wood up to 10 mm, plastic (including PC boards) up to approximately 4 mm and non-ferrous metals up to 2 mm. Flat table machined in die-cast aluminum (160 x 160 mm).
Saws with 300mm groove made of very stable ribbed die-cast aluminium. Blade guide with integrated fan. Adjustable head height (3 positions) which offers important advantages (see description on the right).
Low noise persevering AC motor with high life expectancy. Quiet and wear-resistant drive via toothed belts. Longitudinal guide and corner stop with scale. Includes 5 sign blades.
